Would you like to be a wellness champion for your school, but you’re not sure where to start? Four-week online graduate courses at Framingham State University may be your answer! Find a wellness or food literacy topic of interest to you and sign up for the class. The class guides you step-by-step, giving you relevant background information and then helping you create an action plan. The courses are asynchronous, so you have flexibility with your schedule while making sure you stay on task. You will also receive feedback from a knowledgeable instructor and engage in valuable conversations with your classmates.

Participants said they “gained tremendous insight reviewing the discussions and comments each week from others working to build successful wellness teams,” and “enjoyed learning about … different tools available.”

The one credit graduate courses are for educators and school professionals and provide 22.5 PDPs for teachers or 15 hours of continuing education for school nutrition professionals, RDNs and RNs.
